OGFRL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFRL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,636 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, LILRA1, and SIGLEC9. Each is linked with OGFRL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGFRL1 versus ATP8B4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
