OGFRL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFRL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,095 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFRL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA8P17, GXYLT1P6, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with OGFRL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFRL1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFRL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA8P17 grouped by OGFRL1-low versus OGFRL1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGFRL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGFRL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
