Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OGFR Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OGFR data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher OGFR Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OGFR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where OGFR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
