Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,398 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, GTF3C4, and WRNIP1. Each is linked with OGFOD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD2-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD2 results are reported.
