Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGFOD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,900 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGFOD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and CAMKK-AMPK signaling cascade. Each is linked with OGFOD2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD2-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD2 results are reported.
