Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGFOD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with OGFOD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD1 results are reported.
