Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGFOD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,076 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGFOD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, DNA-templated transcription termination, and Peptidyl-proline modification. Each is linked with OGFOD1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGFOD1-to-partner and partner-to-OGFOD1 results are reported.
