Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OGDH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OGDH data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher OGDH Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OGDH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, READ, and BRCA are the cancer types where OGDH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
