OGDH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,988 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURB, SPCS3, and MZB1. Each is linked with OGDH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGDH-to-partner and partner-to-OGDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGDH versus PURB in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
