Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,794 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD276, CENPL, and COP1. Each is linked with OGDH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGDH-to-partner and partner-to-OGDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OGDH versus CD276 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
