Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, LLPH, and PRF1. Each is linked with OGDH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGDH-to-partner and partner-to-OGDH results are reported.
