Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,829 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGDH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Thalamus development, and Aerobic respiration. Each is linked with OGDH in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGDH-to-partner and partner-to-OGDH results are reported.
