OGDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OGDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 374 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OGDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF20, SH3GL2, and TAS1R2. Each is linked with OGDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGDH-to-partner and partner-to-OGDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF20 grouped by OGDH-low versus OGDH-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
