Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OGA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,358 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A28, POLR3A, and COX15. Each is linked with OGA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OGA-to-partner and partner-to-OGA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→OGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
