Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFD1P9Y RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OFD1P9Y-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYR, USP11, and COL1A1. Each is linked with OFD1P9Y in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1P9Y-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1P9Y results are reported.
