Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OFD1P8Y RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OFD1P8Y data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher OFD1P8Y RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OFD1P8Y expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM show a favorable association.
UVM, STAD, and GBM are the cancer types where OFD1P8Y RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
