Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFD1P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,446 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFD1P17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, C5orf51, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with OFD1P17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1P17-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1P17 results are reported.
