The most reproducible OFD1P10Y-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Labyrinthine layer development, Regulation of sphingolipid biosynthetic process, and Protein processing. Each is linked with OFD1P10Y in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1P10Y-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1P10Y results are reported.
