OFD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,338 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTPS2, SYAP1, and VEZF1. Each is linked with OFD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OFD1 versus CTPS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
