Across TCGA cell cohorts, OFD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,674 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial cilium movement involved in determination of left/right asymmetry, Sperm motility, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with OFD1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFD1-to-partner and partner-to-OFD1 results are reported.
