OFCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,787 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA complex organization, Regulation of protein ubiquitination, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with OFCC1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFCC1-to-partner and partner-to-OFCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein-RNA complex organization grouped by OFCC1-low versus OFCC1-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OFCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OFCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
