OFCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,625 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPR, ASH2L, and CENPE. Each is linked with OFCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFCC1-to-partner and partner-to-OFCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPR grouped by OFCC1-low versus OFCC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OFCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OFCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
