OFCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OFCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OFCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, TIGAR, and cIAP. Each is linked with OFCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OFCC1-to-partner and partner-to-OFCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by OFCC1-low versus OFCC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OFCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OFCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
