ODR4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,010 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODR4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNPEP, RPRD2, and BROX. Each is linked with ODR4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODR4-to-partner and partner-to-ODR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODR4 versus RNPEP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODR4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODR4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
