Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODR4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,356 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR3, SMC3, and ACVR2A. Each is linked with ODR4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODR4-to-partner and partner-to-ODR4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODR4 versus TLR3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
