Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODR4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,022 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1234P, TAF9, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with ODR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODR4-to-partner and partner-to-ODR4 results are reported.
