Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODR4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODR4-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with ODR4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODR4-to-partner and partner-to-ODR4 results are reported.
