Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODR4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,409 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODR4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromatin organization, Establishment of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum membrane, and Vesicle tethering. Each is linked with ODR4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODR4-to-partner and partner-to-ODR4 results are reported.
