ODF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP419, TRIM73, and FCER1A. Each is linked with ODF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF4-to-partner and partner-to-ODF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
