ODF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPK_pT202_Y204, Tuberin_pT1462, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with ODF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF4-to-partner and partner-to-ODF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
