ODF3L2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF3L2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,084 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3L2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Inner ear receptor cell fate commitment, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of cell-cell adhesion mediated by cadherin. Each is linked with ODF3L2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3L2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
