ODF3L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF3L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,033 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX3P3, RNU6-1292P, and PIN1P1. Each is linked with ODF3L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3L2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX3P3 grouped by ODF3L2-low versus ODF3L2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF3L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF3L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
