Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ODF3B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ODF3B data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher ODF3B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ODF3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC and ACC are the cancer types where ODF3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
