ODF3B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,350 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, IFIT5, and NADK. Each is linked with ODF3B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF3B-to-partner and partner-to-ODF3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODF3B versus TYMP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
