ODF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EHMT1, PRRC2B, and MTA1_S576. Each is linked with ODF2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODF2 versus EHMT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
