Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,015 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ODF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTHD1, GNA14, and ADH1B. Each is linked with ODF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODF2 versus DTHD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
