ODF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,469 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RANBP1, FANCI, and PRF1. Each is linked with ODF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RANBP1 grouped by ODF2-low versus ODF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
