ODF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ODF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ODF2-low versus ODF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
