ODF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ODF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYDC2, RS1, and BHLHE23. Each is linked with ODF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODF2-to-partner and partner-to-ODF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYDC2 grouped by ODF2-low versus ODF2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
