Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ODC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ODC1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher ODC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ODC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where ODC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
