ODC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,925 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEBPZ, DDX21_S89, and HEATR1. Each is linked with ODC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODC1-to-partner and partner-to-ODC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODC1 versus CEBPZ in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
