ODC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,458 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, DENND3, and TRIM16L. Each is linked with ODC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODC1-to-partner and partner-to-ODC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ODC1 versus SAMHD1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ODC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ODC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
