Across TCGA patient cohorts, ODC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ODC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with ODC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ODC1-to-partner and partner-to-ODC1 results are reported.
