Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,846 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OCRL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, SMARCA1, and STX11. Each is linked with OCRL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCRL-to-partner and partner-to-OCRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCRL versus PHF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
