Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCRL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,212 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CETN2, BCLAF3, and MCTS1. Each is linked with OCRL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCRL-to-partner and partner-to-OCRL results are reported.
