OCRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,546 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9A3P, KIF9-AS1, and P2RY11. Each is linked with OCRL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCRL-to-partner and partner-to-OCRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9A3P grouped by OCRL-low versus OCRL-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
