Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,434 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OCM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Respiratory electron transport chain. Each is linked with OCM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM2-to-partner and partner-to-OCM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage grouped by OCM2-low versus OCM2-high in STAD.
