OCM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,298 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K21, TTYH1, and SFN. Each is linked with OCM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM2-to-partner and partner-to-OCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OCM2 versus MAP3K21 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
