OCM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OCM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP410, HSPE1-MOB4, and LLPHP1. Each is linked with OCM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM2-to-partner and partner-to-OCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP410 grouped by OCM2-low versus OCM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
