OCM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OCM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OCM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LTBP1, GCM2, and PRKCI. Each is linked with OCM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OCM2-to-partner and partner-to-OCM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LTBP1 grouped by OCM2-low versus OCM2-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OCM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OCM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
